This duplex loft located in the heart of Greenport, NY’s historical village is a treasure chest of cherished items and art from the resident’s life. The first floor is transformed into an open living-dining-kitchen-office area that allows flexibility for all the joys of domestic activity. Using a combination of colors, treatments, and furnishing styles that matches the owner’s eclectic sensibility. The second floor reveals itself as bright and airy as a cloud, detailed in casual neutrals and calming textures. This project demonstrates how the magic is in the mix.
